What to Expect
Ready to take the first step?
We know that reaching out is sometimes the hardest part, so we’ve made the path simple and clear. From your very first contact, you’ll know what’s happening, what it costs, and what comes next. No guesswork, no being passed around.
1. Getting in Touch
Ask your GP to send a referral, or make an enquiry and we’ll guide you. Our team will help you find the right starting point and talk you through the practical details like fees, timing and what to bring, so you’re clear before anything begins.
2. A Thorough Assessment
Your first consultation is unhurried (typically 50–90 minutes), which makes time for a careful evaluation of what’s going on, your history and what you’re hoping for. You’ll tell your story once, to someone who’s genuinely interested and listening, and who’s expertises is in connecting the dots and finding a pathway forward.
3. A Plan Shaped Around You
Together with your clinician, you’ll develop a plan tailored to your situation, your preferences and your life that is explained in plain language, so you understand what’s being suggested and why.
4. Care That Continues
From there, your care continues at a pace that suits you. Your plan is reviewed as things change, and with your consent, your clinician keeps your GP in the loop, so your care stays joined up.
